We use ‘Health’ for tracking quantities and types of medications with Workflow. We’ve created about 6 workflows to record data in proxy metrics for things we’d otherwise never use, like Thiamin, Niacin, etc. They correspond to the first letter of a medication, and we convert units when proxies use stupidly small ones (e.g. 50mg pill is 50000mcg of Molybdenum).The workflows are on the today screen and we can record data in 1-2 seconds – about as frictionless as one can record something. I’ll write an article about this at some point soon, I think it’d be useful for others to adopt.
